Carmen Oliver

Originally from Lima, Peru, Carmen Oliver learned early in life that success is built on hard work, integrity, and perseverance. Although she once dreamed of becoming a teacher, her journey ultimately led her to discover her passion for real estate.

Carmen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance and previously held a license as a tax professional, providing her with a strong financial background that brings added value to every real estate transaction. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she worked in accounting, owned her own tax business, and developed extensive experience helping individuals and families make sound financial decisions.

With more than 14 years of real estate experience, Carmen began her career at a brokerage, where she refined her communication, negotiation, and client service skills before becoming a licensed REALTOR®. Since then, she has successfully assisted buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland, learninga reputation for professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service.

As a bilingual REALTOR® fluent in English and Spanish, Carmen is passionate about serving a diverse community and guiding her clients through every step of the buying or selling process with confidence, transparency, and care. She believes that every client deserves personalized attention and is committed to delivering an experience that exceeds expectations.

Outside of real estate, Carmen enjoys traveling, dancing, playing volleyball, indoor cycling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
