Originally from Lima, Peru, Fiorella came to the USA over 20 years ago. At first, she worked cleaning houses, cashing checks at the cashier’s check counter, packing at a moving company, and greeting people until she became a manager at high-volume restaurants. She learned to understand, listen, pay attention to detail, and leave her mark on what she does.
