As Broker/Owner of Impact Real Estate, I lead a boutique, bilingual brokerage built on one belief: when you invest in people, results follow. I personally mentor our agents, new and experienced, with the coaching, systems and accountability to build a real career, not just close the next deal. At Impact, no agent grows alone.

I’m just as committed to the families we serve. Homeownership is how families build wealth, and too many are told it’s out of reach. I came to Virginia from Peru in 2005, and I’ve spent my career proving otherwise: educating first-time buyers, advocating for affordable homeownership through my leadership in NAHREP DC, and ensuring families, especially in our Hispanic community, walk in informed and walk out with keys.

With a degree in economics, and over 21 years of experience, I still guide buyers, sellers and investors across Virginia, Maryland, DC and West Virginia, including the luxury market with Impact Elite Partners. In English o en español.
